I changed the ip type from 'static' to 'dhcp' for lan. They bought a lot that were ment for the purpose and they were all pos, broke, unreliable, etc. So, mr3020 is used basically as a gateway from internal to extenal and vice versa.
The Usb Dongle Have Intenal Ip 192.168.1.1 And Extenal Ip 192.168.1.100 The Mr3020 Have The Ip 192.168.80.1
I don’t see any forum posts about successfully using a printer, so there is no guarantee it will work. Many of the website's visitors want to find out if a specific router is supported and which files they need to download to install dd. It doesn’t matter what ip your mr3020 gets from the other router, as your pc should see the mr3020 as 10.80.1.1 (or whatever your made it).
You Should Be Able To Access The Internet, As Well As Ping Websites Through Ssh.
I plugged in my isp’s huawei modem and configured all the information on dd wrt to access to my isp’s cellular internet. You can find his github repository here. It is a lot more powerful than the mr3020 firmware, but requires a lot more effort to set up.
